Your Impact

Assist and lead high-impact consulting projects in a timely manner for key industry players as well as build and sustain trusted internal and external relationships.
Bring the experience and deliver deal-related (operations) due diligence projects with a focus on carve-out, operational and value creation topics.
Bring the experience and deliver carve-out consulting projects (including planning and execution), both for corporate as well as private equity clients.
Bring broad Operations or Finance Transformation experience ideally in a deal-related environment (or beyond).
Support our fast-growing deals practice, uniquely positioned as a leader in Switzerland, offering a full range of M&A consulting services, from strategy to execution, giving you a wide range of project opportunities.

Your Skill Set

Degree in Business or Engineering and a minimum of 4-7 years relevant work experience, having worked primarily on deal and/or consulting-related assignments at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or a Big4.
Value creation background and a track record of (pre-deal) due diligence and carve-out execution projects.
Experienced in carve-out planning and execution projects (with a focus on the Operations and the Finance function) and/or are experienced in executing (operational) due diligence and value creation projects. A good understanding of financial analysis (with eg. PowerBI, Tabelau, Python) is a plus.
Feeling comfortable advising clients across a wide variety of industries, and having a strong track record in a certain industry is a plus. Additionally, you have an understanding of the corporate deal cycle and are at ease at interacting with corporate senior management or our PE clients.
Actively contribute to the growth of our Deals Strategy & Operations team by leveraging your entrepreneurial spirit and personal network.
Strong analytical skills, fluency in English and served global clients in a broad range of transactions.
