Your Impact

  • Focus on identifying, planning, and realizing value from M&A transactions as part of the Deals Strategy & Operations team.
  • Assist promptly in high-impact consulting projects for key industry players, cultivating trusted internal and external relationships.
  • Contribute firsthand to deal-related (operations) due diligence projects, emphasizing carve-out, operational, and value creation topics.
  • Contribute firsthand to carve-out consulting projects (including planning and execution) for corporate and private equity clients.
  • Bring broad experience in Operations and Finance Transformation, ideally in a deal-related environment.
  • Support the fast-growing deals practice in Switzerland, positioned as a leader, offering a full range of M&A consulting services, providing diverse project opportunities in a friendly, non-hierarchical, and flexible work environment committed to professional development.

Your Skill Set

  • A background in value creation and (ideally) initial experience in (pre-deal) due diligence and carve-out execution projects.
  • Masters' degree and initial work experience (e.g., through internships). For Senior Associate, a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience, primarily focused on deal and/or consulting-related assignments at a top-tier consulting firm or Big 4.
  • Ideally experience in carve-out planning and execution projects (with a focus on the Operations or Finance function) and/or experienced in executing (operational) due diligence and value creation projects. A good understanding of financial analysis is a plus (e.g., proven via CPA/CFA/AICPA).
  • Comfortable advising clients across a wide variety of industries. Experience in more than one industry is a plus.
  • Understanding of the corporate deal cycle.
  • Strong analytical skills with a “can do” attitude, fluent in English and German. Any other languages are a plus.
