We collaborate closely with different departments to align talent acquisition strategies with business needs. Your Impact

  • Plan, organize and take part at career events and activities in the French and German-speaking part of Switzerland, such as career fairs, presentations, workshops, in-house events, and campus activities with a willingness and motivation to travel as needed.
  • Manage relationships with external PwC stakeholders, including universities, universities of applied sciences, career service centers and student associations
  • Manage relationships with internal PwC stakeholders to align the employer branding activities with the business strategy
  • Take responsibility for establishing and maintaining strategic sponsorships and partnerships with target group-relevant institutions and organizations.
  • Create employer branding and promotional materials such as event flyers and PR articles and oversee giveaways as well as inventory and stock management.

Your Skill Set

  • Hold a bachelor's or master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences, or have completed training as an event manager
  • Bring experience in organizing events, and/or in employer branding
  • Fluent in French (mother tongue level), with excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrate strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage and effectively communicate with diverse audiences
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player, be creative, flexible, full of drive, and promote innovative ideas and solutions and remain calm in challenging situations
