- Recruit graduates, young professionals and experienced hires in the French- and German-speaking part of Switzerland
- Collaborate with senior leadership and act as a recruiting advisor to senior stakeholders, providing guidance on all recruiting matters within your area of responsibility.
- Develop sourcing/recruiting strategies independently and implement them
- Build comprehensive technical know-how and soft skills through on-and-off-the-job training

Your Skill Set
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a recruiter, ideally in the consulting or financial services industry in Switzerland. Proven expertise in active sourcing and deep knowledge of the Swiss and international recruitment market.
- Fluent in French (mother tongue level), with excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Experience with LinkedIn recruiter and ATM (Workday, SAP Success Factors, etc.)
- Confident in managing recruitment processes and applying corporate recruitment policies in a structured environment
- Highly service-oriented, dedicated, and outgoing individual who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working independently, collaborates effectively within a team and shows willingness and motivation to travel within Switzerland as needed.
- Able to understand the unique needs of internal stakeholders and deliver strategic value beyond traditional recruiting.
