Als Unterstützung des Teams trägst du zur professionellen Abwicklung interner und kundenorientierter Prozesse sowie verschiedener Projekte bei. Zudem bist du die Anlaufstelle für organisatorische und administrative Fragen.
Die Erstellung von Rechnungen, wie auch die Unterstützung des Teams im gesamten Risk Management Prozess im Backoffice, liegen in deiner Verantwortung
Unterstütze im Laufe der Zeit mit deinem Fachwissen im Risikomanagement die gesamte Abteilung sowie auch Kollegen aus anderen Teams bei Fragen.
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört das verfassen der Korrespondenzen, erstellung und bearbeitung von Präsentationen sowie sonstige Dokumentationen.
Organisiere und koordiniere Meetings sowie interne wie und externe Events
Die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung deiner Fähigkeiten und deines fachlichen Know-hows ist für dich von grosser Bedeutung. Du bist stets bereit, neue Herausforderungen anzunehmen.
Arbeite in einem dynamischen Team und erhalte regelmässig Feedback von Kollegen und Vorgesetzten.

Your Skill Set

Verfüge über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung.
Als lösungsorientierte, verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit arbeitest du in einem dynamischen Umfeld dienstleistungsorientiert, flexibel und teamorientiert.
Es motiviert dich, von Anfang an Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich in einem Umfeld mit einer aktiven Coachingkultur zu bewegen.
Dank deiner ausgezeichneten MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse bist du in der Lage, dich schnell in neue Software einzuarbeiten.
Zeige Stilsicherheit in Deutsch und verfüge über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, um erfolgreich in einem internationalen Umfeld agieren zu können.
