Your Impact

Support/undertake general legal research and consultations.
Draft assessments on legal questions concerning audit oversight and financial market law.
Draft correspondence with oversight authorities.
Assess reporting obligation and prepare registration/reporting documentation towards Swiss and foreign authorities and supervisory organizations.
Monitor internal registration processes.
Support the team in general administrative tasks.

Your Skill Set

Paralegal or degree in law (lic.iur / BLaw/ MLaw).
Used to working in a very structured and precise manner, even under time pressure.
Team-oriented, responsible, and flexible personality who promotes innovative approaches.
Excellent German and English skills.
