• You lead innovative client projects in the field of Change Management, Communications, and Training for our HR clients.• You advise on and deliver technology enabled transformation programmes in preparing, responding, and managing the people side of change applying state-of-the-art methods and tools that support adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working.
• You develop, design, and implement change management activities that align leaders, support clients in understanding the change, drive business buy in, and provide the right skills at the right time.
• You guide clients to tap the power of their people to boost and create sustainable transformations.
• You will work very closely with the Technology and the HR business leads to understand the impact on clients' business streams, processes and people. You will develop approaches to monitor change and assist in the planning of deployments so that change is being carefully considered.
• You partner with our colleagues in HR Transformation and Technology to work collaboratively together on complex transformation programs.
• You conduct client presentations, workshops, and drive pricing and negotiations with the client.
• You actively drive the acquisition of new projects and clients and contribute to different phases of the Sales lifecycle. This includes being intensely involved in Client Relationship Management and business development for clients undergoing HR transformations.
• You will manage client relationships with key client personnel and C Suite/ C Suite -1, within client organization and ability to understand the organizational culture of the client.
• You have an interest in the further development of the team and the expansion of the service offering and show initiative to shape them both.
• You will work in an inspiring team and an international network, receive regular feedback from colleagues and superiors and have access to first-class training in the areas of technical know-how and soft skills.
• You take responsibility for developing employees through coaching on-the-job in client delivery and in the role of coach and accompany your coachees in their professional and career development.
• You take an active role in the expansion and leadership of a top tier People & Organisation consulting team and work in an energetic, dynamic international environment.
Your Skill Set
• You have at least a Bachelor university degree (Business Administration, HR Management, Information Technology, Business Informatics or equivalent).• You have min. 8-10 years of work experience in the field of business/HR transformation and change management consulting (incl. relevant project management experience).
• You have in-depth knowledge of the HR Function, being experienced across all HR processes, employee experience, and are proficient in relevant technologies (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HR, Microsoft Dynamic) and policies (e.g. Time and Absence, Compliance in HR) – whilst understanding the business perspective with HR.
• You manage project topics independently and you proactively lead business development initiatives always searching for the best, innovative and practical solution.
• You are a strong analytical thinker with bold ideas and a creative mind applying agile working practices as design thinking, data-driven practices, rapid prototyping, SAFe, scrum, etc.
• You have experience in the implementation of HRIT cloud solutions; certification in SAP SuccessFactors or Workday are advantageous.
• You establish yourself as a trusted advisor to our clients, help to extend our client network and grow your specific industry and functional expertise.
• You are fluent in English and German to facilitate workshops and communicate with impact (other languages (e.g. French) are welcome).
• You are an experience people leader – to achieve project and team objectives.
