Your Impact

Übernehmen eines bestehenden Mandatsportfolios oder gezieltes Aufbauen eines eigenen Portfolios – je nach Ausgangslage mit klarem Entwicklungspfad
Agieren als Sparringpartner:in auf Augenhöhe für Kund:innen – fachlich wie unternehmerisch
Leiten und Durchführen von Prüfungen im Bereich eingeschränkte Revisionen / KMU‑Audit mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und Qualität
Weiterentwickeln von Mitarbeitenden und aktives Prägen einer leistungsstarken, unterstützenden Teamkultur
Einbringen eigener Erfahrung und Nutzen der PwC‑Plattform, um Wirkung und Reichweite gezielt zu erhöhen

Your Skill Set

Anerkannte Schweizer Wirtschaftsprüferqualifikation oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (z. B. ACCA, ACA, CPA) oder auf entsprechendem Ausbildungsweg
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung, idealerweise im Bereich eingeschränkte Revisionen / KMU
Klare Ambition, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Mandate zu führen
Unternehmerische Denkweise, hohe Eigenverantwortung und ausgeprägter Qualitätsanspruch
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
