  • Traitement de mandats de comptabilité (saisie des pièces, bouclements, décomptes TVA, préparation des états financiers, multi-monnaies, gestion des paiements fournisseurs).
  • Participation à l'établissement des salaires et à la gestion administrative de la paie pour nos clients.
  • Suivi administratif en lien avec nos clients (emails, relances, etc.).
  • Gestion de projets complexes et innovants, adaptation à différents interlocuteurs et gestion autonome de la charge de travail.
  • Évolution dans un environnement axé sur le travail d'équipe, la confiance et l'entraide, au sein d'un réseau international.
  • Feedback régulier et soutien pour la formation continue.

Tes compétences

  • CFC d'employé(e) de commerce ou bachelor en économie d'entreprise, orientation comptabilité.
  • Première expérience en fiduciaire ou administration des salaires.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels MS Office, ABACUS et/ou SAP (un atout).
  • Curiosité pour la digitalisation et l'intelligence artificielle, envie de se développer avec les nouvelles technologies.
  • Souhait de poursuivre la formation (brevet fédéral en finance et comptabilité ou sécurité sociale).
  • Langue maternelle française, bonne maîtrise de l'anglais ; l'allemand est un plus.
  • Aisance dans les contacts humains, esprit d'équipe, rigueur, dynamisme, grande adaptabilité et flexibilité.
  • Résistance au stress et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches en parallèle.
  • Prêt(e) à se déplacer en Romandie.
  • Ce poste s'adresse à une personne motivée, qui souhaite apprendre, évoluer et bénéficier des changements technologiques actuels et à venir.
