Apprentice programme responsible (40 %)- Leadership & Support: Manage and coach line trainers and apprentice responsible, including onboarding, training, and succession planning.
- Recruitment: Plan and execute apprentice recruitment campaigns, considering market trends and business needs. Being strongly connected with the apprentice responsible and PICO's and other relevant stakeholders within the locations.
- Training & Development: Develop and deliver onboarding programmes and ongoing training for apprentices, apprentice responsible and line trainers.
- Marketing & Events: Promote the apprentice programme through marketing activities, events, and social media.
- Continuously evaluate and adapt the apprentice programme by identifying emerging apprenticeship fields (e.g., ICT) based on market trends and the firm's evolving needs.
- Budget Management: Manage the apprentice programme budget including contract management.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor programme quality, define KPIs, conduct surveys, and implement improvements.
- General Administration: Serve as the point of contact for apprentice-related inquiries and manage administrative tasks.
Apprentice responsible (20 %) for our Fiduciary apprentices in Zurich
- Apprentice Coaching & Mentorship: Provide comprehensive coaching to apprentices, including performance monitoring (academic and workplace) and attendance management (overtime and vacation). Regular meetings and support measures (e.g., supplemental courses) are key components
- Line Trainer Development: Coach, support, and provide upskilling opportunities for line trainers through regular communication and training.
- Apprentice Training Management: Develop, implement, and monitor apprentice training plans, ensuring alignment with objectives. Conduct regular progress reviews and semester evaluations in collaboration with line trainers.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders (authorities, schools, parents) and internal stakeholders regarding apprentice-related matters.
- Network Participation: Actively engage in the PwC Switzerland Apprentice Responsible network.
Your Skill Set
- EFZ Kaufmann/Kauffrau or Bachelor degree in HR or psychology or related field
- Course diploma "Berufsbildner:in" (knowledge of the Swiss Commercial Apprenticeship Reform 2023 is advantageous) and federal recognised certificate for apprentice responsible
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in apprentice management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of employer branding, labour law, recruitment, performance management, talent development, and project management
- Experience, dedication, and enjoyment in education and working with young people
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, along with tech-savviness and strong organizational abilities
- Fluent German and English (advanced level), French is a plus
