Your Impact

Co-develop technology strategies and support exciting transformation projects for our clients in various sectors such as pharmaceuticals, wholesale and retail, and the public sector.
Collaborate closely with customers to collectively present value as a team with experienced colleagues to senior leadership and/or executive management.
Support CIOs / CTOs and IT Leadership and their teams in designing and implementing projects to solve the biggest challenges of their IT organization.
Apply best practice frameworks to help develop solutions through document study, interviews, and workshops.
Assist in the evolution of our service portfolio to address changing market needs.
Engage in a down-to-earth team with a transparent feedback culture and have access to first-class national and international trainings to continuously develop your technical and soft skills.
Join an international and dynamic network that not only solves current problems but also actively shapes the future through innovative and sustainable projects and initiatives.

Your Skill Set

Exhibit reliability and methodical work habits, with a keen eye for detail. Demonstrate a thirst for knowledge and a passion for bringing fresh ideas to a fast-paced environment. Consistently follow through on tasks and achieve results.
Either a recent graduate or about to complete your master's degree in information systems, Business, or Engineering, with some exposure to IT topics.
Show a passion for IT innovation and digital transformation. Display enthusiasm for optimizing processes and understanding relevant (IT) frameworks.
Possess a talent for creating compelling narratives and conducting technological analyses using state-of-the-art tools.
Ideally, have some experience working in a consulting firm or an internal strategy department.
Hold basic skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Knowledge of Miro or Mural is an advantage.
Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and a persuasive communication style.
Comfortable with regular travel and fluent in English and German. Knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.
