Senior Manager - Procurement Transformation with SAP S/4HANA

- Work with our clients on their supply chain operations processes, evaluate the best use of SAP solutions and advise them on design and implementation of best-in-class SAP solutions.
- Help and support our clients to integrate solutions based on the latest technology such as IoT or predictive analytics with their S4 HANA solution.
- Manage the sub-teams and project work streams in challenging and fast paced SAP transformation programs.
- Contribute to the development of our world-class SAP consulting team and expand your capabilities through specific training following your personal development plan.

Your Skill Set
- Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 15 + years of minimum relevant work experience, preferably with a recent Big4 business consulting practice.
- Previous experience in consulting sales and proposal development, along with involvement in internal company initiatives are mandatory.
- Strong analytical and project management skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ideally you should have worked with the leading ERP technology solutions for supply chain & operations management (preferably SAP/Coupa/Ariba).
- Previous experience in a Global SAP Central Finance design/deployment is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in one or more of the following areas of supply chain: operating model design, manufacturing, supply chain and distribution footprint optimization, supply chain planning, logistics and transportation, or warehouse management.
- As an advantage we consider experience in large global transformation projects and exposure to improving supply chain or operations functions along the value chain (preferably involving LATAM & China regions).
- Solid track record in delivering projects as a leader with a high degree of independence.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor geographically diverse team members.
- Fluency in English is a must, with German or French considered an advantage.
- Flexibility for travel is also required.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Signavio for process mapping.
Additionally, as a Senior Manager:
- Strong network in Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing, Retail and Consumer Goods.
- Track record of successful business development and sales achievements.
- Existing strong knowledge on one of the teams' core capabilities within supply chain (supply chain operating model transformation, manufacturing, supply chain and distribution footprint optimization, supply chain planning, logistics and transportation, or warehouse management).
- Ability to lead multiple large scale projects as needed.
- Ability to lead, motivate and create a long-term vision for a team with strong people management capabilities.
