Your Impact

Assist in ensuring that project demands across various teams align with the overall firm strategy, contributing to our growth targets.
Help in the establishment and maintenance of a strategic project management framework at the firm and Line of Services levels, ensuring that investments are effectively executed.
Support the systematic gathering, analysis, and reporting of data on resource utilization, project costs, and financial impacts to enhance transparency.
Contribute to embedding benefit realization as a key design principle across projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Assist in defining and documenting clear roles and responsibilities for projects to enhance accountability and governance.

Your Skill Set

3-5 years of relevant work experience, supporting project management initiatives, preferably in a strategic or consulting environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with a strong interest in pursuing certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
Effective communication skills and strong ability to document and communicate project plans and responsibilities clearly.
Ability to gather, analyze, and report on data related to resource utilization and project costs, with a focus on improving transparency.
Team player with experience in working in cross-functional teams, with a demonstrated ability to support alignment and accountability efforts.
Fluency in English and ideally in German, any other relevant language (e.g. French) is a plus.
