- Support clients in assessing and implementing sustainability strategies across their supply chains and business operations.
- Analyse the implications of national and international sustainability regulations and translate regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
- Contribute to consulting engagements focused on strategic and regulatory sustainability topics, working closely with clients and project teams.
- Conduct research and analysis on sustainability-related topics, including due diligence, decarbonization and circularity
- Support the preparation of client presentations and workshops.
- Monitor regulatory developments and contribute to thought leadership through articles, blog posts, white papers and other publications.
Your Skill Set
- About to finish or recently finished a bachelor's or master's degree in law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, with a strong interest in sustainability.
- Advantage: initial practical experience gained through internships in consulting, supply chain, sustainability, regulatory advisory or a related field.
- Proficiency in German and English, French is a plus. Strong MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel. Analytical, structured and collaborative working style combined with strong initiative and confidence in using AI-enabled tools.
- Strong interest in sustainability and basic knowledge of key EU regulations on supply chain due diligence (EUDR, EUBR, CSDDD, FLR), carbon pricing/emissions trading (CBAM, EU ETS) and circular economy rules (ESPR, PPWR).
- Understanding of regulatory topics and business processes, with the ability to connect sustainability requirements to commercial realities.
- High level of motivation, accountability and willingness to continuously develop both professionally and personally.
