Your tasks

  • You are supporting the Management Support Manager in leading the operations in Digital Assurance and Investor Reporting
  • You will take over the responsibility of defined processes as well as the tracking and evaluation of their related tasks
  • You Organize a lot of different events and meetings including taking notes and follow up on action items
  • You will be supporting the Management Support Manager in creating reports, consolidate answers and do a first high level analyze as a preparation for the Management Support Manager
  • You will take part in the Solution Set meetings and help the Solution Set Leaders with their tasks and the coordination of the cost center leaders needs
  • You will manage together with the Management Support Assistant the daily business and be the interface to our other suppliers e.g. HC, Controlling, QMS, Management Support Audit etc.
  • You are taking over the tracking of all to do's of the current processes and the once out of the meetings. You will be managing the communication page and actively improve the communication stream.

Your profile

  • Education in business administration
  • Minimum of 3 years of a similar function
  • Proficient in English and proof of excellent communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of data processing (PowerPoint, excel)
  • Strong skills in presentation, communication and creation of executive summaries
