Your Impact

  • Recruit experienced hires for different service lines at various locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. 
  • Lead a recruiting team within a specific service line, driving their professional growth and development 
  • Advise the business in all recruiting matters and independently develop sourcing/recruiting strategies and implement them yourself. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders in your area while contributing to internal HR initiatives and projects.  
  • Acquire comprehensive technical know-how and soft skills through on-and-off-the-job training. 
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment defined by trust, team spirit and mutual support, empowering you to achieve your fullest potential. 

Your Skill Set

  • At least 5 years of experience as a recruiter, at least 2 years of experience in active sourcing and in-depth market knowledge in Switzerland, ideally in the consulting or financial services industry. 
  • Experience with coaching and managing a small team 
  • Very good German and English skills, spoken and written. 
  • Experience with an ATM (Workday, SAP Success Factors, etc.) and recruitment processes and policies in a corporate environment. 
  • Highly service-oriented, dedicated, and outgoing individual who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working independently, and collaborates effectively within a team. 
  • You learn the unique needs of your internal clients and know how to proactively create value beyond the current service.
