Your Impact

Recruit experienced hires for different service lines at various locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
Lead a recruiting team within a specific service line, driving their professional growth and development
Advise the business in all recruiting matters and independently develop sourcing/recruiting strategies and implement them yourself.
Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders in your area while contributing to internal HR initiatives and projects.
Acquire comprehensive technical know-how and soft skills through on-and-off-the-job training.
Thrive in a collaborative environment defined by trust, team spirit and mutual support, empowering you to achieve your fullest potential.

Your Skill Set

At least 5 years of experience as a recruiter, at least 2 years of experience in active sourcing and in-depth market knowledge in Switzerland, ideally in the consulting or financial services industry.
Experience with coaching and managing a small team
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written.
Experience with an ATM (Workday, SAP Success Factors, etc.) and recruitment processes and policies in a corporate environment.
Highly service-oriented, dedicated, and outgoing individual who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working independently, and collaborates effectively within a team.
You learn the unique needs of your internal clients and know how to proactively create value beyond the current service.
