Work in a multicultural team that primarily supports organisations in navigating their workforce through the changing world of work.
Join the PwC People & Organisation "Sustainable Workforce" team, which delivers services around People sustainability, HR efficiency, EQUAL-SALARY Certification plus Equal pay and DE&I consulting to Swiss and international clients.
Primary work in delivering sustainability consulting and EQUAL-SALARY assessments that include sophisticated statistical analytics as well as a thorough review of HR and Reward processes, which enable employers to obtain the prestigious EQUAL-SALARY Certified label.
Support our clients on their D&I journey by providing high impact consulting services in the areas of D&I diagnostics and maturity assessments, D&I data analytics, D&I training.
To further build our presence in the market, also extending our EQUAL-SALARY assessment activities to other geographies like Africa and Middle East, you will contribute to business development initiatives as well as research to develop thought leadership.

Your Skill Set

Previous work experience in a consulting company, in people data analytics and DE&I consulting.
Master's degree in management or leadership related studies
Excellent English and French language skills, both written and oral. Any additional language that helps our international expansion would be a strong advantage.
Familiar with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, as well as G-Suite and technology-savvy. Power BI and Alteryx would be an asset.
Disciplined, analytical and a natural problem solver who likes to challenge the status quo.
Like to put existing plans and structures into action with a strong focus on efficiency and effectiveness
