- Define the technical vision, enterprise AI architecture and transformation roadmap for Legal, Tax and Corporate functions.
- Lead design and delivery of production-ready, secure and scalable AI platforms that integrate into enterprise environments.
- Build AI agents, multi‑agent systems and intelligent workflows powered by frontier foundation models.
- Architect enterprise knowledge and retrieval systems using semantic layers, Knowledge Graphs, GraphRAG and hybrid vector + structured-data search.
- Translate frontier AI research into reusable accelerators, frameworks, IP and client-ready solutions.
- Partner with senior business, legal and tax stakeholders to redesign knowledge‑intensive processes and drive adoption.
- Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers/consultants and continuously integrate emerging AI technologies.
Your Skill Set
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering or related and 8+ years delivering enterprise AI/data/digital transformations.
- Hands-on experience with frontier foundation models such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Codex or equivalent.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI and LLMs, with hands‑on experience using frontier foundation models (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI).
- Proven track record building AI agents, multi‑agent systems, intelligent workflows and RAG/GraphRAG retrieval solutions.
- Strong knowledge engineering skills: Knowledge Graphs, semantic layers, ontologies and metadata‑driven architectures.
- Solid software engineering (Python), experience integrating structured and unstructured enterprise data, and working with vector and graph databases.
- Experience designing secure, cloud‑native, production‑grade AI systems and productized accelerators/IP.
- Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager with a product mindset and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies.
