Your Impact

Engage in GBS-related projects focused on evaluating the current state and identifying opportunities for improvement, as well as implementing them.
Collaborate as a part of project teams composed of internal and client staff to transform clients' operations and establish a platform for success.
Support our global clients throughout their end-to-end GBS journey, from Target Operating Model design to large-scale business transformations.
Gather and analyze multi-layered data to present it to the client and identify the most suitable solutions.
Assist in the creation of winning proposals to advise clients on Global Business Services and Outsourcing strategy execution.
Develop personally through external and internal projects, as well as a diverse range of training and courses.

Your Skill Set

Possess 2-3 years of professional experience within the GBS/Shared Services/Captive and/or Business Process Outsourcing industry.
Experience in one or more shared services functions, preferably within end to end Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, FP&A, HR, or IT services.
Possess advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Exhibit fluency in German and English as a must.
