- Work on projects for consulting mandates in the area of executive compensation and support in designing employee incentive programs and compensation concepts on a national and global level, including income tax assessments of such compensation concepts.
- Advise on compensation disclosure in compensation reports and compliance with Swiss and international compensation regulations.
- Perform compensation benchmarks and actively support the team in client acquisition and project management.
- Be open to support other teams in projects (e.g. people in deals, equal pay, diversity & inclusion).
- Create and manage client offers, presentations, concepts, regulations, tax opinions / rulings, Excel simulations and memos.
- Coordinate and consolidate tax and legal clarifications in different countries in relation to various compensation arrangements.
- Acquire comprehensive technical know-how and soft skills through on-and-off-the-job training.
- Have access to the wide range of opportunities and career prospects that PwC offers.
Your Skill Set
- University degree in business administration, economics or law from a university of applied sciences and ideally already gained 1-2 years of experience in in-house HR or consulting (reward / tax / legal) roles.
- High interest in project-oriented and interdisciplinary working methods.
- Highly motivated, dynamic and determined personality, and you appreciate using your excellent business knowledge as well as your analytical and communication skills.
- Ready to take on responsibility from the very beginning.
- Very good MS Office skills.
- Stylistically confident in German and very good English skills at least at Cambridge Advanced level. French language skills are a plus.
