- Develop and implement the employer branding strategy for online and social media at PwC Switzerland.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies by positioning PwC Switzerland on social media platforms that are relevant to our key target groups (e.g. LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, PwC's career blog etc.).
- Manage social communities, build engagement, and create inspiring content for our social media channels.
- Develop and maintain PwC's career site by working hands-on with our CMS.
- Plan, execute, and analyse digital marketing campaigns for our strategic target groups throughout the full cycle, from creation to reporting.
- Create content such as storyboards, photos, and videos while also collaborating closely with external agencies.
Your Skill Set
- University or university of applied sciences degree.
- Preferably gained 1-2 years of experience in an advertising agency or professional services firm in social media, employer branding, communications or digital marketing and profound knowledge e.g. in the areas of Google Analytics, CMS, video editing, photoshop etc.
- Demonstrate creativity and innovation, while thinking outside the box with a positive mindset, and taking on self-leadership to drive forward initiatives.
- Ability to work conceptually as well as operationally, have a deep understanding of social voice with project management and analytical skills.
- Structured, service orientated and dedicated team player, with a natural ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time with high-quality standards.
- Fluent in English and German/or French and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
