Your tasks

  • Delivering high-impact consulting projects in a timely manner with senior stakeholders
  • Identifying, managing and delivering deal-related strategy and business process consulting projects in operational, commercial, and back office functions
  • Leading topics, client and consultant teams to generate value and change client's business trajectory
  • Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, with different audiences
  • Developing skills and new services to support practice growth

Your profile

  • A minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience at a top consultancy firm, having worked primarily on deal and/or consulting-related assignments in the relevant industries, or
  • A minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience, preferably in a strategy, internal M&A or other corporate development role
  • While not mandatory previous strategy consulting experience is highly desirable
  • Strong, well-rounded and proven consulting skills: analytics, verbal and written communication, influencing skills and leadership abilities
  • A track record of clear, measurable impact in previously managed projects
  • Experience planning and delivering pre- and post-deal consulting projects with a focus on post-integration activities as well as value creation
  • Understanding of the corporate deal cycle and its implications for the various business areas in mid- to large-sized corporate entities
  • Broad knowledge of key strategy or operational excellence topics and program management across industries
  • A university degree or equivalent, preferably a masters or higher designation from a leading university, and is fluent in English and German; knowledge of French is highly desirable
  • You are a pro-active and communicative personality who works well under pressure; in addition, you have good analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. With your social skills, you can motivate and influence both your client and your team.
