Wir sind ein junges, internationales und dynamisch aufgestelltes Team im Advisory und führen regulatorische Beratungs- und Prüftätigkeiten bei Banken durch. Wir konzentrieren uns vor allem auf Themen im Bereich Financial Risk Management (u.a. Liquidität, Kapitalvorschriften sowie auch auf die neuen komplexen regulatorischen Anforderungen wie zum Beispiel im Krypto Bereich.

Your Impact

Berate in- und ausländische Finanzdienstleister bezüglich regulatorischer Anforderungen, insbesondere im Bereich Financial Risk Management.
Unterstütze Audit Teams als leitender Spezialist bei Bankenprüfungen zur Einhaltung der regulatorischen Anforderungen im Bereich Financial Risk Management (u.a. bei Themen wie Liquidität, Eigenmittel, Risikoverteilungsvorschriften, Zinsänderungsrisiken).
Arbeite als Spezialist (SME) mit der Prüfung von FINMA-Bewilligungsgesuchen.
Unterstütze weitere Teams auf unserer Risk & Regulatory Plattform, beispielsweise im Bereich Internal Audit, Compliance oder nicht-finanziellem Risikomanagement.
Entwickle dein technisches Know-how stetig weiter und fördere deine Soft Skills durch On-and-off-the-Job-Trainings.

Alena, MA Hult International Business and Finance, seit 7 Jahren bei PwC und ist mittlerweile Senior Managerin sowie dipl. Wirtschaftsprüferin.
Corinne, MA HSG Accounting und Finance, seit 6 Jahre in unserem Team und ist mittlerweile Managerin sowie dipl. Wirtschaftsprüferin.
Jan, MA UZH Banking and Finance, ist seit 4 Jahren in unserem Team, aktuell in der CFA-Ausbildung und als Manager verantwortlich für das Thema Risikoverteilung.

Your Skill Set

Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss, vorzugsweise in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzwesen, Rechnungswesen, Bankwesen oder Jura.
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum diplomierten Wirtschaftsprüfer oder internationales Äquivalent.
Mindestens 5 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung im Bereich Banken.
Grosses Engagement in der Kundenentwicklung.
Interesse an regulatorischen Fragestellungen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und du arbeitest gerne selbständig und kundenorientiert in einem spezialisierten Team.
Überdurchschnittliche kommunikative und analytische Fähigkeiten und Freude an der Lösung von komplexen Aufgabenstellungen.
Einsatzfreudig, teamorientiert, zuverlässig und du verfügst über einen exakten, lösungsorientierten und effizienten Arbeitsstil.
Interesse, dich on- und off-the-job weiterzubilden.
Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
