Your Impact

Be responsible for Leadership and Project Management within SAP S/4HANA and finance transformation projects.
Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
Support across different finance transformation areas, depending on project scope and across various stages of the project lifecycle.
Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team.
Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria.

Your Skill Set

A degree (bachelor / master), and/or a formal accounting qualification and consulting experiecen
Previous consulting experience, ideally with a Big Four firm, with a wide-ranging consulting background across diverse industries like banking, asset management, manufacturing, and pharma & life sciences.
Expertise in best practices within operational finance areas such as R2R, P2P, O2C, EPM/FP&A, or operating model design.
Proven experience in leading finance transformation projects, including ERP implementation, process automation, or providing support for carve-outs and integrations.
Strong familiarity with finance fundamentals, encompassing detailed process analysis and optimization, planning and forecasting, as well as AI-finance use cases.
Be based in Zurich (preferably) and are flexible to work on engagements in other parts of Switzerland and/or abroad.
