Führe die monatliche Gehaltsabrechnung auf Mandatsbasis zusammen mit einem/er Sachbearbeiter: in – du bist verantwortlich für die Qualitätssicherung unter Berücksichtigung der aktuell geltenden Vorschriften und Gesetze.
Prüfung der Quellensteuer- und Sozialversicherungs-Deklarationen sowie Aufbereitung der Lohnausweise.
Komplexe Löhne wie nettogarantierte Lohnbestandteile, Mitarbeiterbeteiligungen, Split-Berechnungen usw. lassen deinen Puls höher schlagen.
Sei die erste Ansprechperson für Kund: innen unterschiedlicher Grössen und Branchen - von kleineren KMU's bis hin zu grösseren Niederlassungen von international tätigen Unternehmen.
Pflege den Kontakt zu Kund: innen und berate sie bei deren Lohn-Fachfragen. Du nimmst Themen proaktiv auf, die bei der Lohnverarbeitung Handlungsbedarf hervorrufen.
Unterstütze das Team bei personaladministrativen Tätigkeiten und informiere unsere Kund: innen über fachliche und technische Neuerungen im HR-Bereich und gestalte bei der Angebotserstellung für Neuaufträge im Lohnbereich aktiv mit.

Your Skill Set

Besitze eine abgeschlossene Fachausbildung als Treuhänder: in mit eidg. Fachausweis, HR-Fachfrau/-Fachmann, Sozialversicherungsfachfrau/-fachmann oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung.
Demonstriere stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
Beherrsche das Abacus- oder SAP-Lohnmodul und verfüge über gute Excel-Kenntnisse.
Baue ständig dein Wissen aus und teile dein Know-how mit dem Team (z.B. Quellensteuer, Expatriates, Shadow Payroll, Abacus-Lohnarten etc.).
Arbeite gerne im dynamischen Treuhandumfeld und setze deine Expertise im Lohnbereich gerne als Berater: in für Outsourcing-Mandate ein.
Arbeite gerne eigenständig und bringe dein Wissen und deine Fähigkeiten durch gegenseitigen Austausch und Unterstützung im Team ein.
