- Lead and support demanding consulting projects for key industry players. Build and continuously maintain trusting relationships with internal and external partners.
- Lead separation and integration projects with high complexity to success in a multinational environment.
- Design and implement operating models and develop separation or integration plans that ensure that the full value creation potential of transactions is realized.
- Actively contribute to the growth of our Deals Strategy & Operations team by leveraging your entrepreneurial spirit and your personal network.
- Work in a friendly and supportive work environment with a flat hierarchy that offers you broad professional development opportunities.
Your Skill Set
- Master's degree (comparable degrees are desirable) and at least 8 years of relevant professional experience in deal and/or consulting projects at a renowned consulting firm or Big4.
- Strong project management skills and experience across the M&A lifecycle, in separation and/or integration projects.
- Cross-border deal experience between the US/EU and/or US/APAC is an advantage.
- Comprehensive understanding of specific business functions in the deal environment (e.g., Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, IT).
- Experience in several of the following areas: 1. Leading (part of) a separation/integration program and leading a PMO (IMO and/or SMO) - 2. Experience in planning and executing separations and/or integrations - 3. Creating Integration & Separation (Carve-Out) Readiness Assessments and preparing for Day 1 and Day 100 - 4. Operating Model Design and Implementation - 5. Creating TSAs (including pricing) and corresponding TSA exit plans.
- You are comfortable advising clients from a variety of industries. A proven track record in the Consumer Markets industry is an advantage.
