Your Impact

Conduct market, competitor, and financial analyses to support strategy development.
Assess complex business and operational challenges and develop pragmatic strategic solutions that enhance competitiveness and performance.
Optimize value chains, operational excellence initiatives, and operating model structures across supply chains.
Drive strategic transformation and efficiency programs including cost optimization, sustainability initiatives, and operating model design.
Develop executive-ready presentations and actionable recommendations for national and international clients.
Lead workshops and stakeholder engagements across client organisations.
Work closely with international teams and multidisciplinary experts to deliver tailored solutions.

Your Skill Set

Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Up to one year of practical experience in strategy, operational transformation, supply chain, production, or industrial management.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; Visio or programming skills advantageous.
Strong analytical and conceptual problem-structuring capability.
Confident communication and presentation skills in client-facing situations.
Proactive team-oriented mindset in ambiguous business environments.
A collaborative team player with a positive mindset and a genuine interest in solving complex challenges, bringing your own ideas and perspectives to the table.
Fluency in German and English and willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally internationally.
