Manage, direct, and coordinate multi-country transfer pricing projects for multinational groups.
Develop concepts for new business models or optimize existing ones, and oversee global implementation.
Scope, plan, and deliver solutions for leading companies across diverse industries.
Review and assess global value chains and business models (flows of products, services, IP) to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions.
Advise clients on setting and defending transfer pricing policies, governance, documentation, and technology solutions.
Support dispute resolution assignments and negotiate advance rulings with tax authorities.
Contribute to business development by winning work and developing service offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams and leverage the global transfer pricing network to deliver impactful solutions.
Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on transfer pricing principles.

Your Skill Set

Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, in a consultancy or Financial Services environment.
Proven experience managing and coordinating multi-country transfer pricing projects.
Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines and local tax regulations.
Fluent in English; proficiency in German is strongly preferred, French would also be a big plus.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data, conduct research, and draft industry analyses.
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel; experience with TP software is a plus.
Leadership capability and willingness to take responsibility for teams or areas of expertise.
Result-oriented mindset with adaptability and persistence in complex situations.
