- Manage, direct, and coordinate multi-country transfer pricing projects for multinational groups.
- Develop concepts for new business models or optimize existing ones, and oversee global implementation.
- Scope, plan, and deliver solutions for leading companies across diverse industries.
- Review and assess global value chains and business models (flows of products, services, IP) to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Advise clients on setting and defending transfer pricing policies, governance, documentation, and technology solutions.
- Support dispute resolution assignments and negotiate advance rulings with tax authorities.
- Contribute to business development by winning work and developing service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leverage the global transfer pricing network to deliver impactful solutions.
- Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on transfer pricing principles.
Your Skill Set
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, in a consultancy or Financial Services environment.
- Proven experience managing and coordinating multi-country transfer pricing projects.
- Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines and local tax regulations.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is strongly preferred, French would also be a big plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data, conduct research, and draft industry analyses.
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel; experience with TP software is a plus.
- Leadership capability and willingness to take responsibility for teams or areas of expertise.
- Result-oriented mindset with adaptability and persistence in complex situations.
