Your Impact

Assist clients with dedicated support for transactions or potential transactions across various industries and circumstances, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and structured investments.
Engage in buy-side due diligence, sell-side assistance, vendor due diligence, and provide deal and negotiation support for both corporate and private equity clients.
Collaborate with other experts to quickly understand clients' businesses and articulate findings in high-quality reports.
Operate in a diverse, international environment covering multiple areas and industries.
Work with a network of highly talented and knowledgeable experts.

Your Skill Set

Hold a master's degree; Swiss or other CPA certification is a plus.
Possess a thorough understanding of financial accounting and reporting requirements in accordance with internationally recognized standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP).
Have 3-5 years of experience with financial due diligence in Transaction Services.
Demonstrate fluency in French and English.
Exhibit excellent analytical skills and quick thinking.
Bring energy, proactivity, empathy for clients and team members, and enthusiasm for delivering value.
Show a proven willingness to conduct business travel as required for client assignments or business-related matters.
