Your Impact

  • Führung der Planung, Umsetzung und Evaluation von Marketingaktivitäten mit Fokus auf Financial Services.
  • Entwicklung der strategischen Ausrichtung von Marketingthemen sowie Ableitung zielgerichteter Massnahmen und Kampagnen.
  • Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, Controlling und Reporting relevanter KPIs.
  • Steuerung von Kundenevents, Direct Marketing Aktivitäten sowie Sponsoring-Engagements von der Konzeption bis zur Nachbereitung.
  • Umsetzung integrierter Digital- und Social-Media-Kampagnen entlang der Customer Journey.
  • Beratung interner Stakeholder in allen marketingrelevanten Fragestellungen.
  • Förderung innovativer Marketingansätze und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Aktivitäten.

Your Skill Set

  • Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Kommunikation oder vergleichbare höhere Ausbildung im Marketingbereich.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise im Financial Services -Umfeld.
  • Strukturierte, präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, auch unter Zeitdruck.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in KPI-Steuerung, Reporting und Budgetmanagement.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigenverantwortung, Flexibilität und Innovationsfreude.
