Your Impact

Lead Tech Due Diligence - Assess platforms, ERP landscapes, architecture maturity, security posture, and scalability of target companies in M&A deals.
Design System Harmonization Plans - Identify overlaps, define integration points, and architect consolidation strategies across ERP and IT systems post-merger.
Predict Challenges and Shape Roadmaps - Help clients foresee risks tied to complex system consolidations and guide them with practical, business-aligned technology roadmaps.
Establish Playbooks and Standards - Codify learnings and best practices into reusable frameworks for due diligence and harmonization.
Engage C-Level Stakeholders - Translate complex technical findings into actionable recommendations for executives and cross-functional teams.
Mentor and Empower Teams - Build client and internal capabilities by sharing frameworks, tools, and proven methods for sustainable decision-making.

Your Skill Set

7+ years in consulting, enterprise architecture, or M&A advisory. Proven record leading ERP or IT system consolidations.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, ERP ecosystems (mainly SAP, Oracle, etc.), integration patterns, cloud platforms, and security.
Ability to simplify complex technology landscapes into clear roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
Comfortable engaging with executives, leading small teams, and presenting strategic insights in clear, business-friendly language.
TOGAF, PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certifications would be considered a plus.
