- Analyse new and evolving regulatory requirements and translate them into clear business, process and operating model implications.
- Design pragmatic target processes, controls and governance structures that embed regulatory requirements into day to day operations.
- Enable end to end regulatory implementation projects, from regulatory interpretation and solution design to operational rollout and adoption.
- Shape and coordinate cross functional teams across legal, compliance, business, operations and IT to deliver implementable solutions.
- Convert complex legal and regulatory texts into actionable business requirements, policies, procedures and system specifications.
- Drive implementation roadmaps and support execution, ensuring solutions are risk appropriate, scalable and aligned with business objectives.
- Contribute to change and adoption by supporting training concepts, communication materials and implementation guidance.
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders and act as a reliable point of contact throughout regulatory initiatives.
Your Skill Set
- University degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a regulated environment with hands on involvement in regulatory or compliance implementation initiatives.
- Strong capability to translate regulatory requirements into business processes, operating models and practical solutions.
- Solid understanding of how regulation impacts business operations, controls, systems and organisational structures.
- Proven experience in project based environments with strong coordination and delivery skills.
- Confidence working at the interface of legal, compliance, business and technology teams.
- Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage.
