Manager – Strategy & Transformation – Transformation Management Delivery (Financial Services)

- Drive transformation delivery for our Financial Services clients by conducting assessments and employing agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies.
- Assume key roles in programme and project execution such as strategic or operational PM/PMO, business architect, business analyst, or change management specialist.
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of transformation benefits, including the advisory and review of strategy, design, and implementation.
- Lead business development and the preparation of proposals.
- Drive thought leadership activities in the Transformation Management Delivery space .
- Drive client workshops and sessions, ensuring the delivery of desired outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with clients and PwC interdisciplinary teams both in Switzerland and internationally.
Your Skill Set
- 5-7 years of experience in consulting and/or financial services sector with a focus on transformation roles and understanding of industry regulations.
- A university degree in business, technology, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in consulting or relevant financial services roles.
- Excellent business level communication skills in English and German (French is a plus).
- The ability to align transformation initiatives with business strategy and industry trends, successfully managing large-scale programs using Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Skilled in implementing change management strategies, ensuring stakeholder buy-in, minimising resistance, and fostering relationships across diverse teams.
- Understanding M&A processes and impacts on transformation, with familiarity in financial services processes and technology to ensure smooth platform transitions.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
