- Identify high-impact projects and engage with senior stakeholders from high-profile clients in a broad range of industries such as Pharma & Life Sciences, Financial Services, Retail & Consumer, Industrial Products, and Public Services.
- Facilitate digital innovation for your clients by providing holistic, end-to-end data and platform architectures considering the latest developments.
- Direct and support the design of enterprise architecture and drive implementation projects.
- Simplify complex concepts and abstract technical information for stakeholder decision making.
- Challenge the status quo, seek the information you need, understand the challenge at hand, and communicate your ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Implement and continue learning best-practices in technology, data engineering, analytics, and consulting approaches.
Your Skill Set
- A university degree, preferably in business informatics, computer science, physics, mathematics, or any engineering discipline.
- Over 7 years of work experience focusing on data engineering, analytics, or data science, with consulting experience being a plus.
- Experience in sourcing, preparing, and delivering end-to-end data architecture or platform solutions to internal or external clients.
- A good understanding of a broad set of data platforms, tools, and methodologies surrounding enterprise architecture and data platforms, with DataBricks and Microsoft certifications as a plus.
- Experience in developing architectural requirements and deploying large-scale solutions within international conglomerates.
- Fluency in English and German, with a willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally internationally, while French language skills are considered a plus.
