- Identify and develop business opportunities with new and existing clients by advising on strategic priorities, operating model challenges, and relevant global trends.
- Lead and deliver high-quality projects in line with established methodologies, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Contribute to practice growth through business development, knowledge sharing, and internal initiatives.
- Collaborate across industries and stakeholders to originate impactful projects and engage senior decision-makers in sectors such as Pharma, Financial Services, Retail, Industrial Products, and Public Services.
- Strategy & Operating Model Design: Define GBS strategies, service delivery models, and governance frameworks to consolidate business services.
- Transformation & Implementation: Lead end-to-end transformation projects, including process mapping, technology assessment, implementation, and outsourcing.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops and manage relationships
- Contribute to practice growth with senior client stakeholders, communicating the GBS value proposition.
- Transition & Change Management: Support service transitions, application migration, and change management to ensure adoption of new operating models.
- Business Analysis & Value Creation: Develop business cases, analyze financial data, and perform cost modeling to drive ROI and savings.
Your Skill Set
- 7+ years of experience in the GBS/Outsourcing industry.
- Knowledge of the Swiss market and established client relationships.
- At least 5 years of relevant consulting experience, with skills in pipeline building, project management, and team leadership.
- Proven track record in GBS setups and transformations, ideally in shared services functions like Procurement, Supply Chain, FP&A, HR, and IT.
- Ability to adapt and take ownership of tasks.
- Fluent in English and German. French is an additional asset.
- Experience in finance transformation and process optimization.
- Familiarity with automation use cases and ERP products like S/4HANA.
