Your Impact

Plan, design, and deliver engaging and effective communication and training campaigns for Microsoft 365 services.
Work closely with the business stakeholders and the IT teams to understand the needs and expectations of the users and to align the adoption strategy and activities.
Measure and report on the adoption progress and success using relevant metrics and feedback mechanisms.
Identify and promote best practices and use cases for Microsoft 365 services and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation among the users.
Work together with a team of experts in an open and caring environment where we value feedback culture.
Work on multiple tasks and have the possibility to take on responsibility from day one.

Your Skill Set

Higher education degree in communication, education, or related fields (University, HES/ETS) or comparable practical experience.
Profound knowledge and multiple years of experience as a communication and training specialist in complex enterprise environments.
Good expertise with Microsoft 365 services and tools, especially Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook
Committed, independent, reliable, and solution-oriented team player, with a “can do” attitude, welcoming new challenges, and strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Fluency (written and spoken) in English. French and German are a plus.
