- Sell, lead and, together with the team, deliver high-impact projects engaging with senior stakeholders from high-profile clients. You will actively drive business development by originating opportunities, leading proposals and converting them into successful client engagements.
- Develop new ideas and propositions to share with clients to secure new and expand existing projects. The projects typically include: (i) Quality and QMS strategy, operating model and target‑state desigm, (ii) Regulatory strategy and operating model design (e.g. for submissions, registrations, labelling, post‑market / lifecycle management), (iii) Design and implementation of new technologies and ways of working, (iv) Digital strategies and functional roadmaps
- Cover Quality and Regulatory functional expertise across the value chain. You will also work closely with our consulting teams covering commercial, market access, supply chain and other functions.
- Drive the growth and transformation of our Quality and Regulatory team, capabilities and consulting business. You will work closely with PwC's global network of experts and our enterprise AI team to develop and scale new, AI‑enabled propositions, delivery models and assets – both for our clients and for how we operate at PwC.
- Actively build and expand your own network and represent PwC at client meetings, industry events and conferences.
- Work in a fast-growing environment, which is driven by respect, collegiality, and strong team spirit (winning as team, not as an individual).
Your Skill Set
- You have more than 10 years' experience working within Quality and/or Regulatory, of which at least 6 years in consulting.
- In consulting, you will have worked or are working in a management consulting firm, advising clients on Quality and Regulatory strategy, and you have experience in running large transformation projects and developing new propositions and work.
- In industry roles, you have been exposed to many of the key steps of improving business functions that operate along the value chain.
- As an experienced hire, you have a solid track record in both business development and project delivery: you originate and shape opportunities, lead proposal processes and successfully convert them into client engagements. You leverage a strong personal industry network with decision-makers along the value chain and are passionate about networking and building long-term client relationships.
- You have exposure to some of the following areas: GxP and other relevant regulatory frameworks, data privacy/protection, digital strategy development, operating model design, system design/improvement/maintenance, process improvement, technology implementation and digital and analytics technologies, including AI and practical use cases in Quality and Regulatory functions.
