- Lead SOX IT audits, SOC 1 business process reporting, and ERP-related control assessments, with a focus on SAP environments, for multinational clients across industries such as consumer products, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), and healthcare.
- Manage global teams to execute high-quality, deadline-driven audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering value to clients.
- Collaborate directly with client leadership, including CIOs and CAOs, to provide audit updates, address system challenges, and identify opportunities for process improvements and system transformations.
- Coordinate and oversee ITGC audits across international locations, ensuring consistency and efficiency in audit quality and reporting.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, inclusion, and leadership within the organization.
Your Skill Set
- CPA or CISA certification with a university degree in IT, business administration, or information systems.
- 5-8 years of experience in SOX IT audits, SOC 1 reporting, ITGC audits, and ERP-related control assessments, with expertise in SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of business processes, IT systems, cybersecurity, and associated risks and controls.
- Proven ability to manage global teams, coordinate across international locations, and deliver high-quality results in complex, regulated environments.
- Excellent communication in English and leadership skills, with experience in mentoring, recruiting, and fostering team collaboration.
- Client-focused mindset with a track record of building strong relationships with client leadership and identifying opportunities for value creation.
