Your Impact

Du kombinierst deine Fähigkeiten in der Business-Analyse und dem Solution Design, um Prozesse zu optimieren die implementiert werden sollen.
Werde ein Experte im Projektmanagement: Unterstütze und treibe das Project Management Office (PMO) voran, um sicherzustellen, dass Projekte reibungslos ablaufen, unsere Stakeholder auf dem neuesten Stand sind und Entscheidungen schnell getroffen werden können.
Nimm an Discovery-Workshops teil oder leite diese, definiere sowie unterstütze Kunden bei der Digitalisierung von End-to-End-Workflows (Prozesse, Journeys, Datenflüsse, Systemintegrationen).
Treibe Veränderungen vom Vorstand bis hin zum Umsetzungsteam voran – bring Stakeholder in Einklang, manage und arbeite mit Anbietern zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass Backlogs definiert sind und Roadmaps eingehalten werden.
Entwickle und verwalte Backlogs, plane Sprints und hilf dabei, die Zukunft unseres Transformationsangebots im Versicherungsbereich zu gestalten.
Lerne kontinuierlich dazu und bilde dich in relevanten Insurance-Tools weiter (abhängig von Projekt und Kunde).

Your Skill Set

Du hast Interesse und auch schon ein wenig Erfahrung in der Beratung oder Transformation, idealerweise im Versicherungsbereich.
Du bist gleichermassen vertraut mit der Erstellung einer RfP-Präsentation, Excel-Modellen oder dem Schreiben einer Jira-User-Story.
Du hast Freude am Analysieren und denkst immer einen Schritt weiter.
Du bist strukturiert sowie flexibel – bereit, zwischen strategischer Planung auf hoher Ebene und detaillierter Umsetzung zu wechseln.
Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Englisch (Bonus: Französisch oder Italienisch).
