Tax Manager/Senior Manager - International Private Clients

- You are responsible for the development and implementation of state of the art, complex, compliant & sustainable international tax & legal planning structures for corporate and individual clients (with focus on Eastern European/Central Asian countries).
- You manage the multinational individual tax and wealth planning for HNWIs, including private holding and investment structures, asset protection structures, estate planning, international relocation and residence real estate acquisition.
- You take care of the international investment, holding, finance, IP, trading, management and service structures for multinational corporate clients.
- You drive business with Russian-speaking clients, ensuring sustained growth and expanding existing business reach and proactively creating new sales leads / opportunities.
- You participate actively in developing other business groups (China, Middle East, Turkey, LATAM, Israel).
Your Skill Set
- You have very strong international tax planning and structuring skills (e.g. recognized International Tax LL.M degree) with several years of active experience with domestic and international mainland Eastern European/Central Asian inbound and outbound clients (based Big 4 Consulting Firm, international or domestic major Law Firm).
- You have an excellent understanding of the respective region tax law, family law, regulatory environment and corporate law.
- You have experience of working with HNWIs, STEP qualification would be an advantage.
- You are able to cover different markets of the International Private Clients group (CEE/CIS, China, Turkey, Middle East, LATAM, Israel, etc.).
- You have a talent and ambitions in business development, good communication and interpersonal skills as well as leadership and analytical thinking skills.
