Das Deals-Team bietet unseren Kunden:innen ein breites Spektrum an M&A-Beratungsdienstleistungen von der Entwicklung der Transaktionsstrategie bis zu ihrer Umsetzung an.

Your Impact

• Leite und unterstütze anspruchsvolle Beratungsprojekte für wichtige Branchenakteure. Baue vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu internen und externen Partnern:innen auf und pflege sie kontinuierlich.
• Führe Separations- und Integrationsprojekte mit hoher Komplexität, in einer multinationalen Umgebung zum Erfolg.
• Entwerfe und implementiere Operating Models und entwickle Separations- oder Integrationspläne, die sicherstellen, dass das volle Wertschöpfungspotenzial von Transaktionen realisiert wird.
• Trage aktiv zum Wachstum unseres Deals Strategy & Operations Teams bei, indem du deinen Unternehmergeist und dein persönliches Netzwerk nutzt.
• Arbeite in einer freundlichen und unterstützenden Arbeitsumgebung mit einer flachen Hierarchie, welche dir breite berufliche Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten bietet.

Your Skill Set

• Master-Abschluss (vergleichbare Abschlüsse sind erwünscht) und mindestens 2-5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in Deal- und/oder Beratungsprojekten bei einer renommierten Beratungsfirma oder Big4. Alternativ Erfahrung aus internem M&A-Team oder -Projekt einer größeren Unternehmung.
• Ausgeprägte Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und Erfahrung entlang des M&A-Lebenszyklus, in Separations- und/oder Integrationsprojekten.
• Umfassendes Verständnis von spezifischen Geschäftsfunktionen im Deals-Umfeld (z.B. Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, IT).
• Erfahrung in verschiedenen der folgenden Bereiche:
1. Leitung (eines Teils) eines Separations-/Integrationsprogramms und Leitung eines PMO (IMO und/oder SMO)
2. Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von Separierungen und/oder Integrationen
3. Erstellung von Integration & Separation (Carve-Out) Readiness Assessments und Vorbereitung für Day 1, Day 100 und Day 2
4. Operating Model Design und Implementierung
5. Erstellung von TSAs (einschliesslich Preisgestaltung) und entsprechenden TSA-Exit-Plänen
• Du fühlst dich wohl dabei, Kunden:innen aus einer Vielzahl von Branchen zu beraten. Eine nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz in einer bestimmten Branche ist von Vorteil.
• Du fühlst du dich wohl beim Interpretieren von Finanzberichten, verfügst über hervorragende analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten und sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Englisch. Jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil.
• Du bist bereit zu reisen, um die Projekte für unsere international aufgestellten Kunden:innen umzusetzen.
