Your Impact

  • Work in our growing corporate financial services tax team in Zurich. Occasional assignments at other locations in Switzerland are possible.
  • Be a member of a team of financial services tax specialists you will help our Swiss and international clients solve complex cross-border issues in the financial services tax area.
  • You will proactively assist in the management of a diverse client portfolio consisting of asset and wealth managers as well as banks.
  • While you will focus on international corporate tax, you will help coordinate international projects for our clients around direct and indirect tax as well as transfer pricing.
  • Be part of the international tax team that manages challenging projects such as national and international corporate restructurings, transactions, structuring of investment funds and financial services operations.

Your Skill Set

  • University degree in business administration or law or similar, preferably with a focus on tax / international tax; a LLM in international tax would be considered as an asset.
  • Up to date about the latest developments in the international tax landscape.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of international tax and EU tax consulting.
  • Experience in the performance, management and coordination of multi-country tax projects.
  • Experiences in and contributed to tax technical analyses, drafting of rulings and opinions.
  • Fluent in English and ideally German or French.
  • Strong analytical skills and can break down complex issues and fact patterns into individual components without losing sight of the big picture and the actual goal.
  • Committed, flexible and a team- and customer-oriented personality with excellent communication skills.
  • A consulting and team-oriented mindset and take on responsibility for your projects.
