- Being a member of the Deals Strategy & Operations team, focusing on utilizing AI tools to support the Deals and Transformation teams in delivering their services.
- Your primary focus will be on clients in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly large companies based in the USA, collaborating closely with our US network and colleagues.
- Assisting clients in optimizing their legal structures through processes such as legal rationalization and separations.
- Additionally, you will collaborate with our Deals and Advisory services on significant deals and transformations, necessitating experience in managing complex project structures across various regions.
- Contributing to our rapidly expanding deals practice, which is a leading provider of M&A consulting services in Switzerland, leveraging AI-based tools effectively.
Your Skill Set
- You hold a Master's degree related to the healthcare industry, such as healthcare administration, healthcare service provision, health insurance, or health regulations.
- You have a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, ideally acquired in the industry or at consulting firms like Big4.
- You have a proven track record of successfully utilizing AI-supported tools in previous roles to assist organizations in managing and analyzing extensive datasets.
- Experience in M&A execution related to business integrations and carve-outs, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end transaction process.
- You bring project management expertise and the ability to oversee a Project Management Office (PMO) across multiple workstreams and geographies.
- Previous experience working in the USA, or for an American company is considered advantageous.
