- Manage financial and regulatory audits of asset managers, management companies and traditional, real estate and alternative funds.
- Actively participate in defining the audit approach and ensure that the audit is completed in full compliance with auditing standards and methodology.
- Play a key role in leading, supporting, and coaching your teams to achieve collective goals and foster continuous professional development.
- Prepare audit files for Partner review and assist in presenting audit findings to management or Boards of Directors.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, providing expert advice on technical accounting and regulatory matters.
- Stay ahead of regulatory developments and help clients adapt to new requirements, including ESG reporting and other emerging trends.
Your Skill Set
- Swiss Certified Public Accountant qualification or an equivalent professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CPA).
- At least 5 years of professional experience in external audits of entities and vehicles of the Asset Management industry..
- A passion for fostering a collaborative coaching culture, with a strong ability to mentor and support less experienced colleagues while sharing knowledge.
- A strong affinity for IT and digital tools, with hands-on experience using Big Data tools such as Alteryx or Power BI to drive digital transformation and enhance audit processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French; proficiency in English.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing regulatory and technological environment.
